Very nice people received us and helped us in everything we needed. The hotel has a beautiful architecture and is very well decorated. The bed is large and very comfortable. Yet the room has all the space needed. Since we were in a Rez de chaussé room, we also had a very nice varanda for the afternoon tea.

We could impact the air-conditioning as we wanted (not too much brassing of air and not too cold) , the breakfast was good, the hotel was very well located (close to centre but still calm). The staff was helpful, and the room was clean and silent and the design beautiful.

Hotel was new (remodeled, looks like exterior walls were left and everything else is new) Excellent hotel. Very comfortable. Roomy, perfectly clean. Absolute joy. Highly recommend.

Nice, smaller hotel in the center of Provins with friendly staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice breakfast. Ideal place to sleep for a visit to the Medieval city.

The hotel is just off the main square of the lower town. We were traveling by bicycle and the hotel provided a secure, indoor space for our bikes. The breakfast room was nice and airy.
